The cohort

Who's in the room.

Every seat is an operator. The value of the room comes from the level of the room.

Seniority
Senior operators
Direct ownership of a P&L or function.
Organisations
Mid-market and above
Where AI rollout matters to the P&L and a single leader can still move it.
Industries
Deliberately mixed
Curated for contrast. Cross-sector use-case transfer is the point.
Geography
UK & Europe, primarily
A shared time zone for the months that follow.

Afternoon
  • GPT fundamentals: what today's reasoning models can do and where they break.

  • Breakfast: protein and fibre forward.
  • Prompt engineering: from magic to muscle memory.

  • How to sequence your AI bets: a decision tool for what to build, buy, and ignore.

Four things.
All measurable.

Fluency, not impression.

Where AI belongs in your P&L, where it doesn't, and how to sequence bets.
03 · 90-day plan
Workflows, owners, metrics.
Reviewed live by peer CEOs during the programme and async in the weeks that follow.
